How the Process Works: Step by Step
Step 1: Booking
You book your clients online through our user-friendly portal. They simply enter their travel details, including dates and times and flight numbers. No need to enter the car rego, we will handle that on arrival. Just simply book name, length of stay and departure and flight arrival — we handle the balance.
Step 2: Vehicle Handover
Upon arrival at the 5-star car resort, your clients drive to the designated Pink Birds drop-off area. Our staff will assist with the vehicle handover and luggage to shuttle, all undercover — no weather conditions to deal with.
Step 3: Transfer
Clients are transferred to the terminal in our comfortable shuttle service, which runs every 7–10 minutes. Then no more than 7 minutes to the terminal door.
Step 4: Terminal Arrival
Clients are dropped off at the terminal entrance, ready to check in for their flight, with their luggage. If extra assistance is required please let us know when booking.
Step 5: Return Experience
Upon return, clients can call us for a shuttle back to the parking area. Their vehicle will be externally washed and ready for immediate pick-up. As we use flight tracking, a shuttle will be waiting on arrival for them to transfer back to Pink Birds.

All vehicles are parked in a secure, monitored facility. We have 24/7 surveillance and staff on-site. Using the robots and our smart AI technology there is never any damage to vehicles. Their pride and joy is in safe hands.
